Ehkeely allows clients to browse the profiles of doctors and specialists and select the most appropriate professional based on specialty, availability, and the available session format. Clients are responsible for reviewing the specialist’s information and appointment details before confirming a booking. The platform’s role is to facilitate access to the service and organize the booking and follow-up experience.

4. Commitment to Session Appointments

Clients must attend sessions at the scheduled time, whether the session is online or in person. In cases of lateness or non-attendance, cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply in accordance with the platform’s approved rules.
